Random plug before I begin here….I don’t know if anyone still actually reads my stuff, but maybe you can go read my sister Che’s journal located at www.killacal.net/babyche. She’s more interesting than me right now.

Today has NOT been a good day.

I had to deal with the guy known in some circles as the Roll Nazi, but called Secret Squirrel here. I came a bit late to class so instead of dealing with him I went straight to my assigned group, but they had run out of packets so I had to go to him to get one after sitting in class for about 30 minutes or so. So I come up to him and ask him for a packet and he starts in saying, “You are very late, and class is almost over…blah blah blah.” I was about to react very unfavorably, but luckily a professor who had been sitting in on my group interceded and said, “No that young man was actually sitting in the room I was monitoring, give him one.” I was polite about it. I went about my business. But dude is a jackass and he’s got one coming to him!

I did okay on my Pharmacology quiz at the end of the little POPS session as well as the quiz at the end of Microbiology. The second is somewhat surprising because I sat outside of the class for most of the second half of the lecture talking with my friend Brandi. I think that was probably the highlight of my day.

Nope, take that back. The highlight of my day was eating the leftover enchiladas and knowing that I’d have more for dinner. I watched a couple episodes of The Cosby Show then went to take my skill. I won’t even discuss it other than to say I have to do it again.

Oh well! In less than 24 hours I will be in Atlanta. Who cares if my eyes get red and itchy and my nose runs and my asthma flares up! I’ll be with people who love me unconditionally and I’ll be eating WELL!

If I can just make it to that point!
