Man I’ve been neglecting this joint.  There is no real excuse is there?

Life is really good right now, I can’t front.

I had a really good weekend, starting with Friday and finishing my Ob/Gyn Subject Board.  I went to the spot Jackson’s with my rotation-mates Todd and Celtin and we were soon joined by Todd’s girl Jann.  We had a good time eating and shooting the shit.  I ran into two of my Morehouse folks out there, Al and the homie J.J..  I got a well deserved beer or 4 as well as a kamikazi shot.  Then I headed home and watched my newly purchased Martin Season 2 DVD’s.  I also picked up that Young Jeezy Presents U.S.D.A. CD.  I highly recommend both.  Oh yeah and I finally picked up Grand Theft Auto:  Vice City Stories, even though moms still has my PS2.

So yeah, after a little bit of old Marty Mart I got a call from the homie Anya telling me that she was going to the barbeque in the ampitheater, so of course I met her out there.  The Omegas were the ones doing the cooking so there was Oil to be had, and have Oil I did!  I drank about 10 cups before all was said and done.  I had a pretty good time, mostly talking to Anya and Fallon.  I made the mistake of trying to crack a joke with this one freshman chick who apparently thinks she kinda raw, ordinarily I’d dress her down, but you know what, the lack of the Killa experience is HER loss.  She coulda just been nice, but she wanted to try to play me.  I can tell I’ve changed a bit, because this time last year was the "Kanye West" cussing out incident, but I let it ride.

Anyway, after awhile I saw some folks I knew rolling by so I called and fanagled my way into some margaritas.  I drank, I watched some more Marty Mart, I acted a fool, and eventually I passed out!  That’s what I call a good Friday!

So Saturday was spent hanging out with the homie H, helping her and her family move her back here to Nashville.  Well first we ate breakfast at Pancake Pantry, which was outstanding.  Then we hit the ground running.  We went to Best Buy, where I found out I suck at Guitar Hero.  Then we went to Sam’s Club and had two carts full of stuff.  Then we went BACK to Best Buy.  I ran into some of the new pre-bac students who ALL know me, even though I barely know them.  Then we hit Opry Mills where I came up on several deals!  Then we went to eat at Chappy’s downtown with the homie M Dot Brown.  I came home and watched more Marty Mart and fell asleep!

So yeah, that’s a brief glimps into the life and times of the Killa…I’ll try to be more regular about things.
